Thanks a lot to Sony who surprised me everyday for cleaning my room. Thanks a lot for everyone who is working in Park Rotana, I feel it’s home. Everyone is greeting me like a family and asking if I need anything. Thanks to reception staff, Ashok, Raj and everyone who is working there, I don’t have there name 🫣. Thanks to everyone who I met during my stay.

The only issue is that the beds are twin beds combined together to be one king bed and it is a little annoying when it comes for sleeping

As always it was nice staying in this hotel and as usual got a very kind assistent from all staff . I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and this in not my first time here the rooms is very clean and the beds is comfortable. big heart for the staff, there are very kind and fringes especially ( Dewl) I have encountered her several times when checking into hotel and this time she upgraded my room to a suite, which made me very happy. She is very polite and I hope you promote her and give her a high rating due to her excellent treatment of the guests. I also hope that she reads my message.
