Fabulous hotel location excellent Restaurants are all good HASSON pool area fabulous service he was always smiling and looked after us at all times keep smiling you doing a fantastic job

We cannot express how much we loved staying at this hotel, the staff were outstanding, so welcoming and friendly, nothing was ever too much for them. The food was excellent, so much choice for all dietary needs. The hotel rooms were beautiful maintained and really modern, the air conditioning was brilliant and the location itself was spot on, so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and marina. We booked all of our excursions at the hotel and they were fantastic, they all went to plan, we were so grateful. We arrived on my birthday, they made so much effort with our room and I even had a Birthday cake, it was so wonderful. We cannot wait to return.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The receptionist at the front desk upgraded me to a wonderful room with a great view. Also the housekeeping staff, Naveed, helped me with everything I wanted. Thanks Rotana.

It was our first stay at the Amwaj Rotana, but it will not be our last. Excellent rooms, facilities and staff! Ideally located right next to the beach. A perfect few nights stay!! Thank you very much!!

Lovely hotel only have a couple negatives and one is the noise from outside the street from cars can go on all night & one other negative i just wish there was at least one more pool as there is only one outside. Everything else about this hotel is fantastic food, service, atmosphere and location. The staff are all so friendly and helpful definitely will be back

The service was fantastic, very clean, room service top, and the pool facilities was excellent, all eating place near by if you fancy eating out, breakfast was excellent, don't know about lunch as that I didn't book

Went to this hotel at the end of July for 10 night we stayed AL we was a family of 4 with 1adult and 3 children. We had the best time ever the hotel id say was more then 5* the staff was fantastic couldn’t do enough for you always helpful and welcoming, rooms was always cleaned, food had plenty of choice, the pool was perfect and a really great location with walking distance to the beach. Will love to come back one day.

On arrival we were greeted by the most friendly staff. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and our room was very pleasant. The pool is cleaned everyday and the lifeguards there were so friendly and helpful and gave us the best greet every morning. The overall buffet menu was ok although it could have done with some extra choice as it was quite limited. The best restaurant for us was JB and highly recommend it 😊
