We stayed at The Cove Rotana Resort in April 2025 and were blown away by the amazing service we received from Karim, a waiter at Cinnamon restaurant. He was incredibly welcoming and genuinely caring. I had asked if they had chicken nuggets for the kids—they didn’t—but Karim went out of his way to get them specially prepared. We returned in June 2025 to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday, and to our surprise, Karim remembered us and even asked if he should get nuggets again! The fact that he recalled such a small detail from months ago speaks volumes about his dedication and attention to guests. When he learned we were celebrating a birthday, he made sure it was extra special. Our villa was beautifully decorated with flowers, a towel cake, and a birthday cake. Later at dinner, Karim surprised our son with another cake and even gathered staff to sing for him. Karim’s kindness, memory, and commitment to creating unforgettable moments truly touched our hearts. He’s a gem and a true asset to Cove Rotana. This 3rd time I stied at Rove Rotana, everything went well. I booked 2 rooms with my family I was expecting them next to each others like last year but it is fin I didn’t requested at the reception because I don’t want to waste the time. The service at the reception was so nice with Mr. Salah, and Mrs. Shahid she did the check in. The food at the restaurant during the breakfast was so nice and the variety as well special thank you to Chef Mukish and his team for providing the good food. The service staff need to give extra care to the guests ( table clearance). The lights at the restaurant could be brighter it will be good at the morning with more music. Thank you to all.

We booked an all inclusive as our 10th year wedding anniversary celebration with our children and the experienced was totally amazing. The reservation agent named Salah has been very welcoming and supportive and ensured that we had a memorable one. Thank you Salah and team!

We spent at Cove rotana hotel one of the most amazing vacation, the resort is very luxurious and staff are so friendly. I can mention Angila the customer service agent was so helpful and professional. In addition to the golf cart driver (Salim) we was very helpful to guide us to all the hotel attractions when we arrived. Thanks cove rotana team ^^

Service is great and we have 4 people for 2 room with all inclusive package. It means that breakfast and lunch dinner included. But when we checked in at 2:30 pm, we did not know we should have lunch this time. So we thought the lunch shall be the next day when we checked out. Later the reception gave us voucher to continue the lunch
